		Kokoro Hyman　(Executive Director) Due to the influence of my father, I have been interested in foreign countries since I was very young, and have had pen pals in many countries. Of these pen pals, I am still in touch with one in Greece, and we have been corresponding for 20 years. In both my work and private lives, I try to remember the how valuable every new encounter is and make an effort to treat all new acquaintances as importantly as old friends. I’ve been living in Fukuyama for ten years now and, based from here, by working together with our sister company in Qingdao (Hyman Consulting Incorporated), I am trying to contribute towards the smooth and mutually beneficial relationships between not only Japan and China, but among countries throughout the world. My hobbies include travel, and enjoying good food and wine. Of the countries I have visited so far, the one I would most like to revisit is India! My favorite drink is wine.

		Chihiro Nakagawa　(Currently on maternity leave) Majored in Spanish at one of Japan’s most prestigious universities in Osaka. In charge of receiving orders, coordinating translator schedules, accounting, and prepress work. Greets every encounter with a smile, and aims to be an approachable adviser for clients.

		Aki Masago Graduated in English literature. Worked for English conversation schools for 5 years, spent one year in the USA as a coordinator. Wants to absorb as much as possible through encounters with various people. Enjoys movies, music and cooking.

		Toshiyuki Mizoe Graduated from Art College. Attended high school for one year in the USA as an exchange student. Focus on translating as naturally as possible. Worked for a printing company for four years and specialize in prepress work using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat creating all types of documents for printing. Enjoy listening to music and rakugo (comic storytelling) and reading books. Raymond Carver is my all-time favorite author.

		Katsuaki Takahashi DTP and prepress work Was preparing documents for printing before the Macintosh computer even arrived on the scene, and has been using the Macintosh since then. Specializes in creating multilingual documents for printing. When not working, is usually either traveling abroad or planning his next trip.

		Hime & Sara　(Working at home) Just the word “cat” is all that is needed for Hime to start frantically searching for a nearby cat! Our guard dog Sara barks at everything including the postman and newspaper delivery man, but is always sad when they leave.
