At Hyman Translations we realize that the content of the material we translate is highly confidential, and take every precaution to keep it so. In addition to the secure section of our website that can only be accessed by authorized users, we are able to send you data in password-protected files so that they can only be opened by you.
We have a standard non-disclosure agreement which we can send you, or we would be happy to sign one prepared by you.
After the completion of your translations, the paper originals and any copies of the translation are destroyed in our industrial shredder. Of course, subject to your request, we are happy to return any documents to you.
Finished translations are kept here as data files on a secure machine which is not accessible via the Internet. While these files are generally stored in order to enable us to maintain consistency of terminology, etc. in future jobs for the same client, they can be deleted upon the client's request.
